What do I need to sign up to lend or sell?

A.

Simply fill out your personal and address details, it’s a quick and easy two step process.

How do I start listing my items?

A.

From your user dashboard, head to your listings tab to start listing items. Upload a picture of the item, don’t worry if you don’t like it, we can reshoot it for you, and select the relevant features of the item.

How do I set the price?

A.

We suggest a rental price of 5% of the retail price per day, this will include the cleaning fee, you may also list your item for sale, we suggest you set the price based on the age/quality of the item. We will send you custom pricing recommendations seasonally.

Do I sell or rent?

A.

You are welcome to list the item for rent, sale or both. We highly recommend listing an item for rent as this gives you a recurring revenue on your item.

Should I manage my item myself or send it to you to manage on my behalf?

A.

With each item listed you can choose whether you keep it at home and send it directly to the borrower/buyer with our help, or send it to us and we will manage the whole process including storage, postage and professional cleaning.

Do I have to accept a booking?

A.

You have 24hours to accept a booking, and it’s your decision whether you accept it or not.

Q.

How do I get paid?

A.

We will pay directly into your account minus our small commission. You can keep track of your earnings through your lender dashboard in your account.

What do I need to sign up to borrow or buy?

A.

It’s a quick process of filling out your personal details, address details then verifying your ID. You will need some photo ID and use of your device’s camera. You will receive a response in seconds.

How do I find what I’m looking for?

A.

A great place to start is searching via your size and the occasion. If you need help choosing, please contact us and one of our professional stylists will help you pick an outfit.

Can I try the item on first?

A.

The majority of our lenders and sellers do allow tryons, just request one through the message function.

Q.

How do I book or buy a piece?

A.

Feel free to ask the owner any questions you may have on fit or availability Select your requested dates to book an item, the minimum rental period is 4 days, and up to 30 with some items, select Request to Book/Buy Now. Your booking/purchase will be approved within 24hours, and you’ll receive a booking/purchase confirmation.

Who is responsible for cleaning?

A.

The lender is responsible for cleaning, all you need to ensure is it’s returned on time.
